The LCE Denester is a state-of-the-art robotic Denester that uses servo motors and controls to automate the process of staging stacked products in baskets for final packaging.
The robotic Denester will start picking up each individual basket and place them on the discharge conveyor. The status of the process cycle will be displayed on the upper right-hand corner of the screen. There is a drop clear photo eye which detects the presence of a basket on the conveyor and prevents the stacking of the basket on top of each other.
